Return & Refund Policy – JMB Ayurveda

At JMB Ayurveda, we strive to provide high-quality Ayurvedic products with the utmost care. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products are eligible for replacement or refund.
Returns are not applicable on international orders due to customs regulations.

Note: Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Initiate a Return?

Contact Us – Email us at support@jmbveda.com or WhatsApp at +91-99294 01049 within 7 days of delivery
Provide Order Details – Share your order number, product details, and issue (attach images if damaged).
Approval & Pickup – Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
Refund/Replacement – After receiving and inspecting the return, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.

Refund Policy

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, or bank transfer).
Processing Time: Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.
COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after return verification.

Note: Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will send a replacement free of cost. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with product images for verification.
